Session Description

Defining Context and Financial Performance – The board shares responsibility with the CEO for setting or defining a credit union’s strategic focus. Tom Glatt, Jr. will discuss an effective means of defining organizational focus that supports both current and future endeavors and that leads to connected tactical/execution strategies and a healthier financial framework.

Linking Execution Strategy to Context and Financial Performance – The management team, led by the CEO, has the primary responsibility to define tactical strategies that support long-term strategies and financial performance expectations.
